No Need To Hold On is a jazz/contemporary style piece about finding yourself, and letting go of the people and things you lean on in life in order to grow and mature. It's about finding freedom and independence. Each dancer is on their own journey connected and leaning on the other to start and little by little they break away and find their own movement and eventually end up standing tall by themselves.
